Saturday Night Special

This song, Get Here by Oleta Adams, holds a lot of memories for me and always brings a tear to my eye. The Gulf War had just broken out, and my friends and I were all worried if anyone we knew was gonna be drafted or called for duty. This song was on the radio non stop, and in the middle instrumental section the local radio stations would insert short "miss you" messages from friends and family members here in the US to military members who were off fighting in the war. It's a beautiful song on its own, but the memories make it that much more special. Anyway, enjoy!!
